Legal information that applies to ApexIQ WinCommand™ pricing and plans.

This page summarises the legal terms that apply to ApexIQ WinCommand™ pricing and plans. The full terms are in the Online Subscription Terms and the Trial Terms.
1. Scope
ApexIQ WinCommand™ is available to business subscribers only. Consumer subscriptions are not permitted.
2. Prices and taxes
Prices are exclusive of VAT, sales tax, use tax, withholding tax, duties, levies, and other applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. Taxes may apply depending on subscriber location, tax status, and applicable law. Final tax treatment is shown during checkout or on the applicable invoice where required.
3. Minimum subscription term
The minimum subscription term is 3 months unless otherwise stated in an Order Form or approved checkout summary. Monthly billing does not remove the 3-month minimum subscription commitment unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Billing frequency
Monthly and annual billing options may be available depending on plan. Annual plans may be billed upfront unless otherwise stated.
5. Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled or not renewed in accordance with the applicable subscription terms. Monthly subscriptions require at least 7 days' notice before renewal; annual subscriptions require at least 30 days' notice before renewal, unless different terms are stated in an Order Form or approved checkout summary.
6. Free trial
A 14-day free trial is available. No payment card is required for the standard free trial. Trial access does not automatically convert into a paid subscription unless you select a paid plan and accept the paid subscription terms. Trial use is governed by the Trial Terms.
7. Refunds
Fees are non-refundable for unused time, unused features, unused users, early cancellation, non-use, downgrade, or failure to export data before termination, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
8. Cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund fees already paid or end the current committed term early. If you cancel, your subscription will not renew after the current term, but you remain responsible for fees for the current committed term, including any applicable 3-month minimum term.

9. Feature availability
Features, limits, exports, support, and availability may vary by plan and may change in accordance with the applicable terms. Roadmap, preview, beta, pilot, or early-access features are not guaranteed and may change, be delayed, or be withdrawn. Direct CRM integration, document upload, and AI-assisted outputs are not included in the initial version unless expressly stated in the applicable Service Description or Order Form.
10. Support
Support is provided on a commercially reasonable basis unless a specific support level is expressly included in the applicable plan or Order Form. No uptime percentage, response time, resolution time, recovery commitment, or service credit applies unless expressly agreed in writing.
11. Data export
During the active subscription term, CSV and PDF exports are available on all paid plans, and scheduled CSV exports are available on the Growth and Scale plans. A JSON "Download my data" personal-data export is available on every plan. Export availability varies by plan. The CSV, PDF, and scheduled exports are not available after the subscription ends; the JSON "Download my data" export remains available, as a data subject right, during the limited retention window after termination, expiry, or suspension, until the data is permanently deleted. Subscribers are responsible for exporting required data before access ends or before the data is deleted. Full detail is in the Online Subscription Terms.
12. Security
Security features and controls may vary by plan and product configuration. No security certification, completed penetration testing claim, encryption at rest commitment, data residency commitment, uptime commitment, recovery commitment, or service credit applies unless expressly stated in an approved security document or Order Form.
13. Privacy and cookies
Personal data is handled in accordance with the Product Privacy Notice and, where applicable, the Data Processing Agreement. Cookies and similar technologies are explained in the Cookie Notice.
14. Payment processing
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another approved payment provider. Apex Edge Sales Engineering Limited does not receive raw payment card data where payment card processing is handled by Stripe.
15. Enterprise plans
Enterprise subscriptions may require a separate Order Form, negotiated terms, procurement review, security review, or invoicing process. Enterprise pricing, features, support, and commercial terms may vary and are subject to written agreement.
16. No outcome guarantee
ApexIQ WinCommand™ is a system of action for Sales Engineering deal execution; the subscriber's CRM remains its system of record. ApexIQ WinCommand™ supports Sales Engineering execution but does not guarantee any Technical Win, customer contract, revenue increase, forecast improvement, procurement approval, compliance outcome, or other business result.
17. Restricted Data
Do not enter special category data, criminal offence data, children's data, raw payment card data, passwords, secrets, private keys, API keys, or other Restricted Data unless expressly approved in writing.
18. Terms acceptance
By starting a paid subscription, you confirm that you are authorised to bind the subscribing organisation and that you accept the Online Subscription Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Data Processing Agreement where applicable, the Product Privacy Notice, and the Cookie Notice.
By starting a free trial, you confirm that you are using ApexIQ WinCommand™ for business purposes and agree to the Trial Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Product Privacy Notice, and the Cookie Notice.
19. Pricing questions
Is ApexIQ WinCommand™ for businesses only? Yes. ApexIQ WinCommand™ is for business subscribers only and is not available for consumer subscriptions.
Is VAT included? Prices are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. Final tax treatment may depend on your location, tax status, and the applicable invoice or checkout process.
Is there a minimum term? Yes. Unless otherwise stated, the minimum subscription term is 3 months.
Does the free trial automatically become paid? No. The standard 14-day free trial does not require a payment card and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. A paid subscription begins only if you select a paid plan and accept the paid subscription terms.
Can I cancel monthly? Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled for future renewal, subject to the 3-month minimum term and the required cancellation or non-renewal notice.
Are refunds available? Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
What happens to my data if I cancel? You should export any required data before cancellation, expiry, or termination. During the active subscription, CSV and PDF exports are available on paid plans, scheduled CSV exports are available on the Growth and Scale plans, and a JSON "Download my data" export is available on every plan. After the subscription ends, the CSV, PDF, and scheduled exports stop, but the JSON "Download my data" export remains available, as a data subject right, during the limited retention window until your data is permanently deleted.
Does ApexIQ WinCommand™ guarantee deal outcomes? No. ApexIQ WinCommand™ supports Sales Engineering deal execution but does not guarantee a Technical Win, customer contract, revenue increase, forecast result, procurement approval, or compliance outcome.
Who handles payment processing? Payments may be processed by Stripe or another approved payment provider. Apex Edge Sales Engineering Limited does not receive raw payment card data where payment card processing is handled by Stripe.
